Privacy policy

WattWise Home does not require an account to use calculators. Calculator inputs run in the browser and are not submitted by the form itself.

The site uses a privacy-focused event endpoint to count broad interactions such as calculator engagement, worksheet interest, and measurement-tool guide interest. These events are stored as daily rollups by page and event name.

The event endpoint does not store names, email addresses, account IDs, IP addresses, calculator values, worksheet form inputs, or user identifiers. It accepts only approved event names and approved metadata fields.

Affiliate links and display ads are currently disabled. If they are enabled later, the site should keep visible disclosures near recommendations and continue avoiding personal data collection unless the policy is updated.
